The BSL
The Biomass Suppliers List (BSL) is a list of woodfuel that has proven it meets the eligibility requirements for the Renewable Heat Incentive (RHI) scheme. It allows RHI participants to easily demonstrate to Ofgem that the fuel they are using in their biomass boilers meets the RHI sustainability criteria required to claim their RHI payments. Suppliers must demonstrate that the greenhouse gas emissions generated from the cultivation, processing and transport of their biomass fuel are at least 60% lower than the EU fossil fuel average for heat, when used in a boiler which achieves an average of 70% seasonal efficiency.

Here at Woodhouse Fuels we ensure that the products we sell have been produced using sustainably farmed wood.
Our business is based at our farm which uses renewable energy to heat and power our operations.
No order too small
Keeping our operations small and focusing on customer demand rather than distributing vast quantities of fuel allows us to facilitate smaller orders with delivery or collection options that suit you.
As well as delivering direct to customers, we use couriers to deliver smaller bagged, netted and palletised orders. Ensuring you get your orders when you need them, not when we have availability.
We welcome pre-arranged collections from our farm. Dependent on the time of year and demand we can offer same-day collection.
